As a kind of surface treatment technology, compared with other surface treatment technologies, the blast cleaning technology is more efficient. With the continuous development of the technology, the blasting technology has been widely used in cleaning and strengthening of the surface of the parts, such as surface cleaning of heat-treated pieces, castings and forgings and the strengthening processing of high stressed plate spring and other parts. In addition, the technology is widely used in the surface treatment of locomotives and ships. With the development of the technology, our country’ shot blasting cleaning equipment is more complicated, the efficiency and performance of equipment has been greatly improved. But due to a late start, compared with foreign shot blasting equipment blasting equipment cleaning quality, the shot blasting cleaning technology of our country is still large gaps.Because of working environment is poor, wearing parts are more, the shot blasting equipment has a high maintenance cost and a high time costs, it will seriously affect the work efficiency. This article is a researched based on the actual production of Shandong Kaitai shot-blasting machine co., LTD. According to the customer’ feedback about through type shot blasting machine, learned that the longitudinal deformation of equipment’ room table in the body, blast cleaning chamber shell and of the spiral shell of this type shot blasting machine is too large and chamber blasting in roller bearing is often bad, cause the effect of cleaning is bad, work efficiency low and high maintenance cost. Due to the quality directly of structure of the components decides the whole machine working performance and service life, therefore, to optimize its internal structure is particularly important, to improve the whole machine’ quality, many parts are need to be further improved and optimized.At First, this paper determine the design scheme of the whole machine, build the three-dimensional model of the main components, and completed the analysis and calculation of the load, stress form and size of roller load and lay the foundation of for the later optimization of the structure. Then using finite element software do a static simulation analysis for the room table in the body, put forward the corresponding improvement plan according to the result of simulation analysis, then to the optimized roller model for further simulation analysis in order to realize the optimization of the structure and performance; Then do another static simulation analysis for the shot blasting cleaning chamber shell, put forward the corresponding improvement plan according to the result of simulation analysis, and then to the optimized model for further simulation analysis to the optimization of the structure and performance; Finally do the other one static simulation analysis for the vertical spiral shell, put forward the corresponding improvement plan according to the result of simulation analysis, and then to the optimization model for further simulation analysis in order to realize the optimization of the structure and performance. After finite element analysis and structure optimization to the key components of through type shot blasting machine for roller table, it can improve the quality of its structure, working performance and service life, while reducing production cost in order to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise.
