Reactive dyes plays a very important position in the cellulose fiber dyeing. At present, the reactive dyes direct printing method is commonly used in cellulose fiber fabric printing. This is because the chromatography of the reactive dye is relatively wide, bright color, good wet fastness, strong applicability, low cost of printing, printing paste mixing is relatively simple and the pattern of printed silk screen printing is relatively convenient, these advantages, meet the textile printing and dyeing industry for fabric color and printing quality requirements, but the problems in the process of reactive dye printing also can not allow to ignore. The utilization rate of reactive dye is not high, generally in65%-72%, as a result it produces a large number of colored wastewater; In addition, in reactive dye printing, and because of the large dosage of dye and less water, it requires to join a large number of urea to help to dissolve, so that it contains a lot of urea in waste from factories. The unprocessed urea in wastewater naturally decomposes into CO2and N compounds, which can accelerate the growth of algae material and cause the phenomenon of water eutrophication in the end.The nitrogen-containing waste water contributes serious pollution to environment. In recent years, with the improvement of the concept of environmental protection, higher criteria for reactive dye printing effluent discharge is required. There are a lot of waste water treatment methods and new dyeing process that help reducing emissions, both domestically and internationally. However it is unrealistic to be applied to a large number of printing and dyeing enterprises with these outstanding technologies in China within a short period of time.Humectol C highly cone, is new dyeing and printing auxiliary which is developed by a Swiss clariant company, its main composition is chemical based on oleic acid. In plays a biodegradable auxiliaries, low foam wetting, dispersion and levelling agent role. It can replace the role of urea in the printing bath with smaller reagent consumption, thereby reducing emissions of nitrogen-containing waste water. The biggest advantage is that it does not require large-scale changes to existing equipment and processes. However, studies have shown that the dyeing auxiliaries Humectol C cannot entirely replace the role of urea in the series of blue reactive dyes. The main purpose of this dissertation is to explore the feasibility of dyeing auxiliaries Humectol C of replacing urea in Blue reactive dye printing process. The experiment selects two typical blue dye:Reactive brilliant blue P-3RH and reactive light turquoise P-G125, and using the four factors three levels Orthogonal experiment method to explore the optimal proportion of printing and dyeing auxiliaries C and urea, finding out the optimal combination in aspect of color intensity and chromatic aberration; in addition, through contrast test of the Colour fastness to Washing and colour fastness to rubbing of the Urea group and Optimal group, to explore if the optimal group can reach the similar level of color fastness comparing with the urea group; at the same time, The value of the BOD and COD of the printing and dyeing wastewater also need to be tested, in order to explore whether the use of the new dyeing auxiliaries C can reduce the emissions of nitrogen-containing waste water.
