| Ministry of Environmental Protection issued new leather and fur processing industrial water pollutant discharge standards(GB 30486-2013) in 2013. The Environmental Protection Office and the letter of the Commission of Zhejiang Province formulated the leather industry and other heavy polluting industries to enhance regulatory remediation program: Requires fur products processing enterprises displacement not exceeding 100 m3/t raw hides. In order to achieve the wastewater discharge standards and water reuse, companies must upgrade the wastewater treatment process. Ozone bleaching pure dye is good. While it is not ideal for fur wastewater decolorization contains large amounts of aid. So studying the effect of additives on ozone bleaching degradation behavior characteristics and laws for the fur wastewater treatment and reuse has an important practical significance.With acid blue fur R pollutants for simulation in this study, the ozonation system was used to study the effect of leveling agent LA, fatliquoring agent DTLS andacidity regulator of formic acid on the dye decolorization degradation, this paper focuses on the concentration of the additives effect and the decolorization of dye decolorization of ozonation reaction mechanism and the influence of the dynamic model. At the same time, in the presence of additives under the conditions, the test using UV-Vis analysis the aromatic ring of the degradation for acid blue R dye. Finally, on the basis of previous studies and the analysis of UV-Vis spectra, the study speculated the molecular structure of acid blue R and possible degradation pathway.Under the conditions of pH at 9, aeration 10 min, the total amount of ozone dosing cycle 220 mg/L, the result showed that auxiliaries of greasing agent, leveling agent and formic have inhibitory effect for the decolorization by ozonation, and the inhibitory effect are sequentially weaken. Meanwhile, the main reason of high CODCr are greasing agent, leveling agent. It has superimposed effect when dosing leveling agent, fatliquor mixed with formic acid.This have great influence on simulated wastewater. Finally, the experiment used the ozone-coagulation oxidation, the chroma and CODCr of fur wastewater can achieve requirements of water reuse.By introducing the ?OH scavenger, the reaction mechanism of ozone degrades acid blue R dye can be used to explain the Indirect Oxidation Decoloration reaction. In the presence of additives, there is no effect on the reaction mechanism. Ozone degrades acid blue R dye can be used to describe the pseudo first order kinetics reaction. In the presence of additives, the reaction is pseudo first order kinetics, but the reaction rate constant K decreased.A benzene ring and naphthalene ring, the azo double bond structure of acid blue R dye molecular structure. Ozone destruction of the molecular structure has a good effect. But in the presence of additives, it has inhibitory action to the broken ring, especially the reaction of four minutes. Through the analysis of acid blue R structure and the results of previous studies, this paper puts forward to the dye molecular structure model and make reasonable inference, for the degradation of acid blue R dye, but the theory needs to be further verified the results. |
