With NF reactive dyes provided by Shanghai Yayun Textile&Chemical Co., Ltd., Wujiang taoyuan dye Co., LTD woven of hemp and cotton fabrics were dyed and optimized the dyeing process. Each of the different dyeing temperature, dyeing concentration, electrolyte salt concentration, the concentration of sodium carbonate, dyeing and high dye fixing time and different additives on pre-treatment of hemp fabric in the case of fabric dyeing depth, measured by K/S values were characterized.The results show that:as the temperature increases, the hydrolysis rate of the dyes increased; as dyeing temperature increases, the dyes K/S value increases and then decreases, increase in dye concentration can significantly improve the gain of hemp fabric’s dyeing depth, then K/S value Increased significantly; increase in the concentration of soda ash and dye fixing time can improve both the depth of the fabric dye, but not increase the degree; increase in the concentration of electrolyte salt can increase the depth of the fabric color yield, K/S has increased, but after the concentration to80g/L, K/S value increased degree of leveling off; putting in efficient dye XTD-RH (reactive only) will make the K/S reduced; by NMMO and cation solution on pre-treatment of hemp fabric, it can improve Fabric dye depth, by strong alkali pre-treatment of hemp fabric, it can significantly improve the depth of the fabric dye, but with the increase of alkali concentration, hemp fabric feels significantly reduced, the fabric changes stiff, therefore, choose concentrated alkali concentration of60g/L; the depth of color yield of cotton fabric is higher than the hemp fabric. The fabric dyeing process optimization perspiration fastness is5grade, resistant to light fastness is5grade, resistant to washing and rubbing fastness is better.
