In this article, antifouling and quick drying finishing technology of elastic ribbon are studied. After optimum finishing, elastic ribbon water-resistance and tensile-resistance properties are tested and analyzed. In the end, by setting up two physical models of elastic recovery rate of ordinary elastic ribbon, two simpler elastic recovery rate formulas are gotten.Antifouling and water-resistant finish technology on elastic ribbon were made by fluorine-contained finish agent AB. The influence factors on finishing performance such as concentration of the agent AB, baking temperature and time could be determined by the antifouling and quick drying performance and drawing performance of finished elastic ribbon. The results showed that the optimum finishing process was as follows as:the agent AB40g/L, curing at160℃for1.5min, which could markedly improve antifouling and quick drying performance of finished elastic ribbon.After optimum finishing, elastic ribbon water-resistance and tensile-resistance properties are tested and analyzed. The results showed that within the washing for30times limits, the performances of elastic ribbon remained generally stable. More washing and drawing not only decreased antifouling and quick drying properties, but also decreased elastic recovery rate by the repeated mechanical power.In the last of the article, two models of elastic recovery rate of ordinary elastic ribbon are studied. Through simulating a link between elastic recovery rate of latex or latex wrapped yarn and diameter are detected. And elastic recovery rate and diameter of polyester filament are also got by testing.Two simpler elastic recovery rate formulas are gotten.Finally,after modified,the models of elastic recovery rate of the ribbon are deduced with the requirement of no over5.0%error percentage.It can be used in the limited calculating and forecasting of elastic recovery rate of the rlbbon.(1)The elastic recovery rate forrmla of the knitted ribbon is: ρa=-11.307da12+27.439da1+81.077(0.60≤da1≤1.10)(2)The elastic recovery rate formula of the woven ribbon is: ρb=-1.855db12+38.552db1+80.498(0.40≤db1≤0.79)...
