| Recent years, hemp textile has been affirmed by experts and received favor fromcustomers for its proper style and crude hygienical function.Without yarn standard, thespinning mill cannot find the gist of the process, at the same time, the quality of hemp yarnwas irregular. To conclude, the character of hemp yarn was affected badly. To insure thedevelopment of hemp in industrialization, establishment of the hemp yarn standard hasalready become urgent matter of the moment.The main content of this paper is to establish traditional standard of hemp yarn. Thecentral task in this paper is to establish the standard of24Nm pure long fiber hemp yarn and15Nm pure short fiber hemp yarn.From chapter2to chapter4, the detail how to set up thishemp yarn standard has been described in details, for example, confirming the performancefigures,grade divided, choosing examination methods and instruments.During composing thepaper, we sampling from spining mill and analyse the data, in the end, the logical hempstandard has been established.The concrete contents of this thesis include:1. According to the present condition of spinning and the product request of weaving,printing and dyeing, we choose following performance figures: breaking length, breakingstrength coefficent of variation, weight deviation, weight coefficent of variation, yarnevenness(board regularity or yarn evenness coefficent of variation), nep number per100m,slub number per400m.2. By checking these items of yarn, we get the distributing trend and at the same time wecompartmentalize the grades of every target.3. By regression analysis, we know the relationship between breaking strength coefficentof variation, weight coefficent of variation and yarn evenness coefficent of variation.4. Analysing the examination methods and instruments for every testing item, in the end,we find the best methods and instruments for hemp yarn.5. The hemp yarn standard we established was proved by the factory that it can not onlystandardize the production process, but also provide a basis to distribution, it is authentic and feasible. |
