This paper’s emphasis is on intensity of Polyoxdiazole Polyester Fiber Insulating Paper.Polyoxdiazole fiber belongs to fragrant heterocyclic compound. It can be used under thecondition of350℃. So it becomes shade line of high-temperature-resisting rubber product,framework of heat-resisting project plastic, ablator of space technique, filter material ofhigh-temperature-resisting and insulating material of F and H grade. Its production craft hasmany advantages, such as simple craft flow, ordinary equipment, rich material, low cost andconvenient industrialization. Therefore, this fiber is feasible. Using deposited synthetic fiber,the physical intensity of the insulating paper can be improved by the means of adding thepolyester fiber, plant fiber, glass fiber and chemical assistants according to certain proportion,and heat pressing.When the Polyoxdiazole fiber’s best quality is20%and its beating degree is39.6°SR,the paper can reach better physical performance and lower cost on condition that itmeets electrical properties. To reach the further performance, two technique proposals areused.One is putting40%plant fiber with61.2°SR beating degree, and the breaking length canincrease from0.99km to2.25km.It can indicate that the plant fiber is due to the physicalperformance. In addition,the plant fiber is widely used and lowly cost. On this condition,putting some kinds of chemical assistants to the pulp. The best effect is by adding0.7%CPAM and0.3%PEO,the breaking length is improved to3.14km and3.08km.Therefore,choosing the two chemical assistants can receive the best effect.The other is putting some glass fiber to the pulp, and then heat pressing. The experimentindicates that as the glass fiber proportion increasing, the paper tensile strength is reducing.But after heat pressing, the paper tensile strength is increasing. The best heat-pressingcraftwork is time10s, temperature250℃, pressure is160MPa.The best proportion of glassfiber is15%.Hydrophihzation modification was carried out on polyester fiber through alkali treatment.It turns out that the best alkali treatment condition are reaction time2h, reaction temperature at75℃and alkali consistency3%.By studying and insuring each technological condition, it results some value to thefurther intensity research and some theory basis to the manufacture.
