This paper proposed the feasibility of waste fast food restaurant oil made for newspaperdeinking,and has studied waste fast food restaurant oil used in newspaper flotation deinking.First of all,this paper analysis the chemical composition of waste fast food restaurant oilusing infrared analysis. The results showed that the main absorption peaks are stretchingvibration of Olefins,carboxyl,saturated methyl and methylene in the infrared spectrum ofwaste fast food restaurant oil. So the major components of waste fast food restaurant oil isfatty acids,which has the performance of deinking.Secondly,this paper has studied waste fast food restaurant oil used in newspaper flotationdeinking by orthogonal experiment and conditions experiment, and the process conditions ofwaste fast food restaurant oil used in newspaper flotation deinking are neutral deinkingcondition,the join point of waste fast food restaurant oil is flotation stage, dosage of wasteedible oil is2%,pulping temperature is50℃,pulping time is10mins,pulping speed is300r/min,flotation temperature is60℃,flotation time is30mins.waste edible oil can make thewhiteness of deinking pulp reach to48.5%ISO,increased5.4%ISO,the yield increased3%.Meanwhile,this paper has studied the effect of waste fast food restaurant oil on physicalproperties of deinking pulp, experimental results show that the main factor is pulping stage,the effect of flotation stage on deinking pulp is negligible. The conclusion is waste fast foodrestaurant oil does not affect physical properties of deinking pulp.This paper has studied surfactants used in newspaper flotation deinking.this stage hasselected surfactants which are good at newspaper deinking by flotation deinking, anddetermined the best compound proportion of the surfactants is sodium dodedcyl sulfate andNP-15mixed equivalently. The whiteness of deinking pulp reached to58.7%ISO, increased15.6%ISO,when the dosage of mixed surfactants is0.3%.This paper has determined the add method and dosage of the mixed surfactants.compared with the whiteness of deinking pulp when waste fast food restaurant oil is added todeinking stage, the whiteness of deinking pulp is higher when waste fast food restaurant oil are added to pulping stage and deinking stage, and with the dosage of the mixed surfactantsincreases,the whiteness of deinking pulp increases gradually.
