In recent years, with the continuous development of oil field, the number of lowpermeability oil well is increasing. The sucker rod pumping oil system used in ultra-lowpermeability oilfield can not cooperate with the liquid supply for low permaeability oil fieldreasonably, which increases the energy consumption and reduces efficiency of the rod oil pumpsystem For the low pumping demand of daily production per well of low permeability oilfield, adiameter of25mm soft sealing small diameter piston-type subsurface pump is designed, and anexternal traveling valve to ensure that the valve still application of standard parts is adopted,while reducing the pump barrel diameter. In order to solve the problems of pump leakageincreasing with wear, automatically compensate for soft seal ring is adopted in piston design.The liquid pressure of the pump barrel is changed in the pump working process, so that thesealing ring is deformed outwardly. When the pump reaches the upper stroke, the gap betweenthe pump barrel and the piston reduced, and further improve the sealing effect. The innovation ofstructure and the selection of new materials can reduce the difficulty of pump processing, as wellas can extend the maintenance cycle.According to the low permeability oilfield data, finishing the integral construct design andcompleting3D modeling and installation of the minor diameter pump by Solidworks softwareand checking interference between components. Analyzing the stress of the key parts of thepsiton and making static force analysis of compensatory seal Ring by ANSYS software to take asthe base for pump construct design and intensity check.In the end, calculating the pump efficiency and making simulation for minor diameter pumpat flow stream entrance. Simulating the pressure distribution when the pump is working andspeed vector at entrance. Calculating the pump efficiency at different pumping parameters anddetermining the best operational mode. This paper introduces the structure design and analysis ofthe pump efficiency. If the soft sealing small diameter piston-type subsurface pump and real-timevariable frequence control technique of pumping unit combined, a more reasonable machine rodpump combination can be provided to achieve ultra-low permeability oilfield stripped wellefficiently pumping.
