| In order to improve the eiffciency of oil extraction, there has a set of oil recoverytechnology application with the submersible pump, for use which makes a good pumpingeffect during pumping. In this paper, we research the submersible pump wells data acquisitionand control system, which is responsible for down-hole pressure and temperature tester’ powersupply, and collected the data for processing and analysis, aimed to monitoring the real-timeconditions of the underground.According to the characteristics of submersible pump production wells, we constructedtransmission channel, that is submersible motor star point and ground star point consisted byreactor. The channel has an altenrate function; it can supply power to the tester and provide aneffective way to transmit information. Signal transmission reliability of the system is the mostimportant performance assessment.In order to achieve long-distance’ transmission, we usedartificial star point and down-hole motor star point to transmit current. We calculated themaximum distance of signal transmission, the result can meet the submersible pump dataacquisition and control systems.on the basis of theoretical analysis, we designed thetransmission system. Through a lot of tests, we confirmed the validity of the system, realizedreal-time monitoring of down-hole submersible pump operating conditions and pressure,temperature parameters, as well provides an effective means for submersible pump andreservoir characteristics of dynamic monitoringAt the same time of construction the transmission channel, we designed the groundhardware system, the90V/60V voltage respectively supply power for down-hole pressure andtemperature transmitters to achieve a time-collection, transmission information. Under thecontrol of the microcontroller, ground data processing section realized the analog to digitalconversion of information, stoired, and the display, we can also communicate with thecomputer via RS232.The data processing software is developed based on Windows system. The software canachieved real-time data display, data curve drawing, data report generation. It is Convenient toaccess data for the analysis of dynamic down-hole, provides an intuitive basis to monitor the Submersible pump wells production status.Experiments shown that this system is simple to supply power, and transmission signal,eliminated the cost of power and signal lines,ground data processing circuit has highreliability, the development of data processing software meet the system requirements, can beaim to achieve real-time monitoring down-hole conditionsThis test system can provide a high testing technical means on improving the reliableoperation of submersible pump well. The success of the product, will give some helps onimproving the oil production capacity. |
