With the increasing difficulty and cost of oil exploitation,the technical requirements for oil extraction are also getting higher and higher.As the main equipment in oil exploitation,the submersible pump is the most important equipment for oil production.In order to ensure long-term reliable operation,The real-time monitoring of operating conditions is particularly important,therefore,study and design a submersible pump downhole monitoring equipment.At present,the application of intelligent well technology in the dynamic monitoring of the reservoir can combine the underground monitoring equipment with the intelligent well,which can realize the real-time monitoring of the submersible pump and the dynamic monitoring of the reservoir.In this thesis,the electric submersible pump downhole monitoring device is mainly used to monitor the inlet temperature,the winding temperature,the inlet pressure,the outlet pressure,the vibration X axis,the vibration Y axis and the leakage current.The power supply of the system utilizes the principle of star point equipotential to provide 60 V DC for the underground and transmits the signal back to the ground through the armor of the cable.The whole system is divided into ground system and underground system.The ground system mainly analyzes and processes the signal from downhole by means of wireless transmission,then,the system realizes the real-time curve display through PC system.The sensor returns the downhole information of operating and environmental of the electric submersible pump to the ground.Based on the parameters of temperature and pressure monitored in the downhole,the oil reservoirs dynamic changes are deduced from the production models of the underground oil reservoirs by following the law of conservation of energy,the law of conservation of mass,the law of conservation of momentum and fluid mechanics.The feasibility of the whole system is verified by the test of the branch and the whole machine,and the test of the well in the PetroChina Well Logging Co.,Ltd.Through theoretical and experimental analysis,the system has a stable and simple power supply and transmission method and even can accurately complete the measurement of the downhole parameters.Besides,the ground system can real-time monitoring changes of operating conditions under the well,downhole monitoring pressure and temperature can beapplied to the reservoir of the dynamic monitoring.The whole system which can accurately reflect the change of underground operating conditions guarantees the long-term stable and reliable operation of submersible motora and improves the efficiency of oil extraction and reduce the exploitation cost.
