The full name of Polyisoprene Rubber Synthetic is cis-1,4-polyisoprene, which is polymerized by isoprene monomer, with high CIS content (cis1,4-configuration of polyisoprene is92%-97%), is the best replacement of natural rubber.In this paper,20L reactor(self-designed and built) rare earth Polyisoprene process devices and1m3reactor rare earth Polyisoprene pilot plant were used to optimize the conditions of the polymerization process.At the field of the process engineering, the study includes enlarged preparation of catalyst and the law of continuous polymerization, catalyst recipe and preparation conditions, and transfer heat of reactor and transport of the liquid cement and stirrer power in the polymerization during continuous operation, and process parameters of polymerization. The qualified and stable rubber have been obtained. The quality corresponds the level of the similar products in the world. The following work have been done.It is developed that the polymerization model process technique in a20L polymerization reactor. We have been studied the influence of catalyst consumption, polymerization time, reaction temperature and monomer concentration on reaction, the relationship between liquid cement viscosity, reaction rate and polymerization time. We also have been studied the control features of activator process and Mooney viscosity adjusting law, determined the control method of Mooney viscosity, optimized parameters of continuous polymerization process.We have been designed and built1m3polymerization reactor pilot plant, developed the new type reactor, optimized the polymerization process flow, finished part proof test, optimized polymerization conditions of process. Engineering of the polymerization process, we have been studied the law of continuous polymerization in the presence of catalyst, and reactor heat transfer and the transport of the liquid cement and stirrer power in the polymerization during continuous operation, determined the parameters of pilot plant process, obtained qualified and stable products. The full-process flow polymerization package technique is improved.
