Our country is the largest rubber consumer in the world,however we are lack of rubber resource.Research on recycling technology of waste rubber showed a more and more important in the national economy.For the current problems in the reclaimed rubber production,Reclaimed rubber desulfurization extrusion tube production line is first raised. Reclaimed rubber desulfurization extrusion tube production line mainly consists of six parts:reclaimed rubber powder continuous mixers, the desulfurization extruder, reclaimed rubber continuous desulfurization post-processing equipment, renewable rubber powder continuous mixer, supplementary mixing and extruder, rubber tube continuous vulcanization. This thesis is primarily responsible for the design and researching of the rubber tube vulcanization production line.This thesis introduces the development and the advantages and disadvantages of many kinds of discontinuous and continuous equipment,infrared heat theory and rubber vulcanization theory systematically. Designing a new continuous production line of rubber tube vulcanization for problems rubber tube vulcanization equipment existed.This production line has five parts:high-temperature shaping device, continuous vulcanization device,tractor,certain length cutting device and take-up device.This thesis has undertook a series of design and study.1.This thesis first design rubber tube vulcanization production line,which complete production line with other devices.2.This thesis design the rubber tube high-temperature shaping device adopted infrared heating component that can quickly increase temperature to make extruded production shaped to prevent rubber tube damage and enhance the quality of rubber tube.And it quickly heat rubber tube that saves time in next step and improves productivity.3.Continuous vulcanization device that designed in this thesis also adopted infrared heating component.It is in Building-Block Type that can adjust the length of the vulcanization equipment by assembling vulcanization device according to different vulcanization conditions.It’s structure is simple and easy to install.4.This thesis design take-up device adopted a movable rod which can adjust the size of the rubber tube roll according to the requirement.It is easy to take down rubber tube.5. The finite element analysis software is used to analysis rubber tube in high-temperature shaping device about thermal radiation to make heating type and the device to be more reasonable in this thesis.6.Three-dimensional design has been done on this rubber tube vulcanization production line that draw it’s structure exactly and assembles this five parts to ensure that the production line has a good cooperation.Dynamic simulation is done for the whole working process of production line, and the working process of production line is closely real showed.
