With the development of reclaimed rubber production technology in China's scrap rubber industry,so that made a qualitative leap in the quality of reclaimed rubber production,mechanical properties been significantly improved,which provides technical support to produce rubber products directly using reclaimed rubber.Under this condition,the regenerated powder desulfurization extrusion hose production line was firstly proposed.This paper has been designed the continuous mixing equipment about reclaimed rubber.The reclaimed rubber continuously mixing is a very important part of in the production of rubber hose production line based on renewable powder the desulfurization,the pros and cons of the mixing quality will directly affect the performance of the rubber hose.In this production line,the continuous mixing equipment about reclaimed rubber will break through the traditional mode restriction and overcome the inadequacies in the rubber industry.In this paper,the following research and innovation have been made as follows:1?This paper designs a new continuous mixing device in which the desulfurized regeneration crumb can be feed in the form of sheet,breaking through the traditional mode restriction and improving production efficiency.2?In the traditional mixing process,the way of agent is cumbersome and the equipment is so huge.The experiment has been researched about the form of compounding agent to greatly simplify the mixing supplying device in mixing process of recycled rubber.3?The design of composite screw mixing screw configuration adapted to different choices of functional requirements based on the various segments of the mixer,the feed section to use an ordinary thread screw to enhance the transmission capacity,the mixing segment is used low shear screw to enhance the mixing and shearing of the plastic material,to solve the problem of uneven distribution of the twin screw compounding.4?The design information in a quantitative manner,the plastic material data collected by scanning sensor technology,and according to its data in real time to change the feed rate of the chelating agent,through the technology to precisely control the ratio of each component of the mix to ensure mix quality.5?Using advanced parametric 3D modeling of the design object by three-dimensional modeling software,and dynamic simulation method to simulation the whole machine to improve the efficiency of design and optimization design.6?Finite element stress analysis of the screw of continuous mixing machine based on reclaimed rubber by Workbench finite element analysis platform.Using ANSYS CFX software to simulate flow field of fluid mixing process to study mixing effect of the screw design.In this paper,the design of renewable rubber power continuous mixer is an improvement and innovation of the original mixing equipment laying a new foundation for the continuous development and promoting the application of reclaimed rubber.
