With the rapid development of rubber industry in China,the domestic rubber demand is also rising quickly.To reduce costs and solve the waste rubber called"black pollution",the development of reclaimed rubber attracts people's attention gradually.The subject put forward a new continuous production line of renewable hose which depend on chemical/strong shear composite single screw.It includes continuous mixing,desulfurization,post-processing,the continuous mixer,additional mixing of reclaimed rubber,hose extrusion,high temperature shaping and continuous vulcanization.In the continuous desulfurization production line for the reclaimed rubber hose,the topic is committed to post-processing technology and equipment design of reclaimed rubber.it solves two questions as follow:1.During reclaimed rubber desulphurization process,large amounts of smoke and gas is exhausted,which not only pollute the environment of the factory,more is serious harm to the health of operators.The continuous extrusion processing equipment,using positive displacement single-screw in this project,put desulfurization rubber entirely in the closed environment and then cooling and degassing.After the prototype preliminary trials,it achieves good results and effective holds back exhaust fume pollution for the environment;2.After reclaimed rubber desulphurization,to improve the performance of the reclaimed rubber and facilitate rubber mixing in production line,it makes three tablet machines as post-processing called“three-machine in a line”in domestic.But it occupies large area and haves low efficiency.As a part of the reclaimed rubber continuous desulfurization production line,this project designs a positive displacement single-screw continuous extrusion processing apparatus.It removes gas and,at the same time,provides rubber for the next step of production line after the cylinder-screw mixing,stirring and shearing,extrusion dense and continuous film.3.Rubber can be mixed,vulcanized and predicting the physical properties,which provides the design basis for the production line.It greatly shortens the design cycle.All in all,reclaimed rubber consecutive post-processing technology and equipment solve this problem of reclaimed rubber desulphurization dust emissions.As a part of the continuous desulfurization production line,post-processing for rubber reduces costs and improves production efficiency.This design meets society green production and modernization of technological progress trend today,and has broad application prospects.
