Simplify the hydraulic system of roadheader spraying dust, and then using AMEsim to test it, the result proves the system is stable. The paper uses3D modeling software Pro/ENGINEER to model cutting head and then uses hydromechanics pre-processing software Gambit and Fluent. It’s based on two-phase(water and air) flow field theory of VOF method,we get some spray two-phase phase diagram, speed nephogram, pressure nephogram, turbulent kinetic energy and turbulent dissipation degree of cloud. After analyze atomization mechanism, jet speed, fluid stiffness, turbulent kinetic energy liquid chaos theory and dust rate of these nephogram, we come to a conclusion that it’s advised to use2.0mm nozzle and5Mp water supply back pressure to spray under different pressure through the compared results. In order to verify the correctness, we use ANS YS Workbench to mesh and simulate spray field under the same circumstances, the result shows that the Fluent conclusions are correct.Through comparing some different conditions of nozzle sizes and pressure, we come to a conclusion that the suitable nozzle sizes and pressure. Filed application shows that the selected style has the better dustfall effect.
