In the process of coal production, transportation roadway dusttransmission is the main link. The existence of high concentration of dust,which seriously polluted the work environment, affected on workers’ healthand brought a serious threat to safety production of mine. In order to reduceand prevent the formation of pneumoconiosis and harm in this paper, basedon the analysis of the underground dust technology, this article from themine transportation roadway, and the effects of nozzle distribution on thedust has carried out the simulation and experimental research.This paper analyzes the production of coal mine dust and the damage ofthe haulage roadway is studied in the stress state of the distributioncharacteristics of dust, and the diffusion model. Combining with thecharacteristics of the operation condition of the roadway and haulageroadway in geometric model was established by applying the GAMBIT,differentiate and computing grid, import the FLUENT software to simulatethe simulation, the haulage roadway dust spray dust rule, the design of theselection of spray dust system laid a foundation.In this paper, by using FLUENT software on the nozzle distributionway of four typical flow field and dustfall efficiency simulation research, theresults show that the increasing number of nozzle can effectively improvethe efficiency of dust, but also causes the waste water; Increase the ability ofliquid atomization is really in line with the actual situation of thekey.Improve can effectively enhance the capacity of atomizing nozzle pressure, have very good effect of the dust. Slanting arrangement is moreeffective way, especially in the ventilated environment.To test device of atomization effect, set up dust lab, for a single case ofthe spray nozzle and spray dust efficiency of the experiment test, the testresults are consistent with the simulation results, verify the accuracy of thesimulation.
