The agricultural ecological system in Qianyan Zhou, Taihe County, Jiangxi Province,is regarded as research object; according to the study needs the experimental area isdefined,"three nitrogen", ferrum, manganese and pH value of underground water in thestudy area are on the long-term monitoring, the transportation and transformationmechanism of the agricultural non-point nitrogen pollution is researched, and usingVisual MODFLOW software to build the groundwater pollutant migration model. Theresults show that: the groundwater in the study area is under the influence of agriculturalnon-point nitrogen pollution;Total iron, filtering state of manganese, pH value, rainfalland temperature are the main influencing factors for the "three nitrogen”transportationand transformation in the groundwater, the strength of the correlation is influenced bydifferent land use forms and ranges of influence factors; the strength of the nitratenitrogen and nitrite nitrogen correlation strength can be used as the basis of modelparameter value assignment; model calculation results show that the "three nitrogen"concentration distribution in the groundwater of study area are influenced by thegroundwater excretion and land use forms. Through the analysis of the "three nitrogen"transportation and transformation influence factors, it provides certain theoretical basisfor agricultural non-point source nitrogen pollution research, the numerical model canbe used to provide the basis for the evaluation of groundwater pollution in study area.
