Mine winch is mainly responsible for material handing effect in downhole.Winch oftenappear accident,due to the downhole condition.Not only hold up production,but also causecasualties.And the existing of overload detection device installed in a steel wire rope are not easyto dismantling and handling.So design and research overload detection device of mining winch.Through the design and calculation,choice reasonable mechanical structure to completeoverload detection device of winch.Calculate the size for explosion-proof and seal of housing.Use ANSYS of finite element software to intensity of analysis housing,seal and bearing ofoverload detection device.Simulate overload detection device before the experiment.Determinethe relationship sensor accepting value of overload detection device with actual tension of wirerope.And set the emergency alarm of control box.
