Technology Research On Evaluation System Of Ecological Residential Community And Its Environment Landscape Design

With the development of science and technology, the increasing speed of urbanization and industrialization, Currently the problem of resources overconsumption is exposed. In the background of resource-saving and environment-friendly society, the living space model of ecological residential area is materials, energy and information, effective usage of resources and energy, harmony between people, which is the inevitable trend of housing industry development.Based on the definition of concept of the ecological residential area related, a number of success stories and developments in the domestic and international eco-residential areas are analyzed. The analysis and comparison based on the ecological factors and evaluation system among ecological residential area in cities are conducted.Based on the research of Chang-Zhu-Tan residential area, using AHP and comparative method, combined with established environment assessment standards and specifications of eco-residential areas, this article develops a relatively complete evaluation standard through the study of evaluation criteria of ecological residential outdoor environment. It calculates the weight of the appropriate criterion index among the overall target, defining the influence weight of factor index among criterion index, which finally forms the synthetic weight of different factors among overall target. It proposes an eco-environment evaluation system, which is suitable for the ecological settlements development in Chang-Zhu-Tan area. This article analyzes and concludes the planning characteristics of eco-residential development, practical eco-technology and environment-friendly technology in Chang-Zhu-Tan area, through in-depth study of representative cases. It provides scientific basis for overall development and improvement of residential environment, maximizing the research of pollutants eco-technology and landscape design for eco-residential community.Conclusion is made after analysis. This article proposes related problems which require further consideration and research. It expresses the forecast and expectation of the overall development trend of eco-residential area.
