| With change of people’s diet, increase of work pressure and faster pace of life,hyperlipidemia has gradually become one of major diseases which affect the people’s health. High-fat foods occupy the largest proportion in daily diet of Mongolian. However epidemiological survey showed the hyperlipidemia radio of Mongolian didn’t increase obviously. Fuzhuan Milk Tea plays an important role in the Mongolian daily life. It contains a large number functional ingredients which come from tea and milk and own some regulating function to high-fat diet of Mongolian. According to its traditional process, the experiment optimized the preparation of Fuzhuan Milk Tea. Additionally, mice having high-fat feed were done the diet intervention by the optimized-formula and following conclusions were got:1.Employing four factors (tea concentration, milk addition, cooking time, salt amount) and four levels orthogonal experiment to optimize the formulation of Fuzhuan Milk Tea. The optimized-formula of Fuzhuan Milk Tea is Fuzhuan tea concentration of2.5%, milk concentration of65%,40min cooking time,0.17%salt.2.High fat-diet fed mice model were divided into5groups, which were separatingly fed by Fuzhuan Milk Tea with high, medium and low concentration of tea, tea, and milk. Gavage and high-fat feed proceed simultaneously. In28th,35th,42th day of continuous gavage, we detected following indexes of mice:serum total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high density lipoprotein lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) content. The result shows: Compared with the model group, tea group and milk group, Low, Medium and High concentration dose Fuzhuan Milk Tea didn’t have an obvious effect on high-fat mice serum total cholesterol levels; Fuzhuan Milk Tea could reduce triglycerides content, and the reducing level have a dose relationship with its concentration. Fuzhuan Milk Tea made fat mice HDL-C content increased significantly; Fuzhuan Milk Tea made high-fat mice LDL-C levels rise, and rising level have a dose relationship with its concentration.3.In different intervention time, the result of effect from each group acting on mice fed high-fat feed shows that:in fifth week of tea soup gavage, the effect of the tea which impact on reducing high-fat mice blood lipid parameter was the best; with extension of gavage time, intervention effect of milk gavage impacting on blood lipid parameter was increasingly better, and the effect in sixth week was the best. In the aspect of researching the intervention effect of the low, medium and high concentration Fuzhuan Milk Tea on high-fat mice’s blood lipid index, with the change of gavage time, we detected that the index remain stable at a level and have no significant difference with model group. But triglycerides content of mice have dropped obviously, its intervention effect has a dose relationship with concentration of Fuzhuan Milk Tea. Therefore, we come to a conclusion that Fuzhuan Milk Tea have a positive intervention effect on blood lipid level of mice fed high-fat feed.Summarizing the experiment results:the fomulation-optimized Fuzhuan Milk Tea has good taste and sensory, easy to be enjoyed by people, and it could regulate high-fat mice physiologically, could improve cholesterol level to certain extent, reduce the possibility of related diseases. |
