Tobacco redrying production process, in order to make the complex tobacco moisture at12%±1, temperature40℃±5, meet the technical requirements of the cigarette industry. According to the factors influencing the drying section water and tail water in redrying production process were discussed, the convenience of our future redrying operation.Results: after redrying tobacco moisture drying section properties mainly composed of water and moisture regain export export moisture and leaf itself determine. Factors affecting the drying section outlet water is entering the size, size and surface wind speed tobacco moisture for steam pressure and heating rate of redrying machine; hygroscopic effect of tobacco varieties, grades and origin and other physical properties, the chemical composition of tobacco and tobacco; influence factor dampening exports moisture and temperature is steam spray volume, spray water into biomass and net surface wind speed.Oil drying temperature is much high sugar content of tobacco redrying required is relatively high, tobacco redrying rate≥98%, leaf water as far as possible toward the limit; in order to make the tobacco moisture after drying in the range of8-10%, in the water under the condition of constant flow into the tobacco redrying machine, large, should improve the drying zone temperature and increase the net surface wind speed; otherwise, to reduce the drying temperature and net surface wind speed; the flow under the condition of invariable, enter the water of tobacco redrying machine, should improve the drying zone temperature and increase the net surface wind speed; otherwise, to reduce the drying temperature and the surface wind pressure of the steam; water, flow under the condition of invariable in0.5~0.7Mpa is not suitable for drying of moisture in more than16%of the upper leaves, the steam pressure is less than0.5Mpa should not be as grilled production.High ambient temperature, leaf water loss quickly, need low drying temperature, relative humidity moisture when the big; low ambient temperature, drying temperature needs to be high, the temperature slightly higher moisture regain slightly lower humidity; moisture zone temperature should be controlled at45~55℃, relative humidity40~55%. In general, only according to the production of timely and effective adjustment of equipment parameters, in order to make the process of tobacco leaf with customer processing requirements.
