Based on the character that Ni can absorb a lot of H gas very easily, hydrogen (H)atoms are charged into palladium lattice by means of different atmosphere pressure a nd different current. Arriving in certain loading ratio, changes loading ratios of pressu re and current to produces excess heat in Ni wires. And then find out the condition and the reason under which excess heat can be obtained obviously. The experiment results show that when temperature triggered there was an abnormal heat phenomenon under low current and high pressure, while there was no this phenomenon under high current. When pressure triggered, there was an abnormal heat phenomenon under several air exhaust processes, but the reasons for these phenomena were still unknown and need to do more experiments to observe confirmed.
