The main subject of synthesis ASA core-shell graft copolymer is emulsion polymerization method.Main content is:to study the synthesis of large particle sizepolybutylacrylate nuclear layer latex PBA, to explore how to prepare the large particle size PBA latex and control its ideal particle size distribution, and make use of the compound between different particle sizeto obtain the ideal nuclear layer PBA latex.The large particle size PBA latex is a key performance indicatorfor preparing toughening modifier ASA.This topic also studied and discussed the structure and morphology of the ASA core-shell graft copolymer, and some of the factors affecting the core-shell graft, and modified PVC with the independent synthesis ASA core-shell graft copolymer, and comparisonPVC modified with impact ACR and CPE with various aspects of modified PVC.The research results are as follows:using multi-step seed emulsion polymerizationcould synthesis large particle size PBA latex, achievd the synthesis of large particle size of PBA latex make use of compounded of different size PBA latex, the synthesized PBA graft trunklatex particle sizeis about400nm, made a great contribution to the synthesis of high-impact ASAmodifiers.Inour experiment,ASA resin toughening modification of PVC, PVC toughening modification of various factors, and summarized the factors for the best use of the situation to improve toughness, this is the focus of our experiment.In addition, using impact ACR, CPE modified PVC experiments, we discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the three toughening modifiers,theToughening Modification effect is: ACR> ASA> CPE, andwe also discussedeffecting toughening modification of the amount of different kinds of toughening modification.
