Carbon is the most important life elements on earth, is an important part of life, accounting for about45%of biomass weight of life, it maintains system metabolismprocess of the life on earth, and occupies a very important position in the life system.Carbon is also the extremely important environment elements on earth-earth chemicalelement, in the earth’s evolution and origin of life history, played a very important role.At the same time, because of CO2gas accounted for three over ten thousand of the totalamount of earth’s atmosphere, that the earth’s average temperature is maintained at16℃or so, the earth’s liquid water to exist, and then created a suitable environment forsurvival of life on earth. But since the industrial revolution, because all kinds of humanactivities to the atmosphere of a large number of greenhouse gas emissions, especiallyfor the entire76%of greenhouse gas emissions, making the warming effect of around65%by CO2.The results lead to atmospheric CO2content increased by more than30%,which can lead to the greenhouse effect enhancement, causing global warming, resulting in a series of worldwide serious environmental and ecological problems, threatening human health, survival and sustainable development of society and economy. Therefore, it is very urgent to study to deal with global warming and reduce carbonemissions. At the same time, along with our country in recent years, putting forwardwith the development of low carbon economy, speeding up the construction of theresource conservation and environment friendly society the strategic target, WanJiangCity belt as the national industrial transfer demonstration area, the first task is to do agood job of industrial transfer, development of the economy, reducing carbon emissions, creating a low carbon Industries Demonstration zone. Therefore, accurately graspingcharacteristics of regional carbon emissions and carbon sequestration, so as to providetheoretical and data support for the implementation of carbon emission reductionmeasures, has certain significance of demonstration and reference. The paper collected a large number of literature and carbon emissions and carbonabsorption on the basis of study at home and abroad. Accounting method and coefficientof carbon emissions and fixed carbon content is determined, Then spatial-temporalcharacteristics of carbon emission and carbon sequestration of WanJiang City Belt asthe main line, by using the method of quantitative study and theory, Accounting ofcarbon emission and carbon sequestration of the characteristics and trend in WanJiangCity Belt. Using CASA model and vegetation mortality model to estimate the vegetationcarbon fixation by remote sensing and GIS technology, Estimating carbon emissions ofthe energy and cement production and farmland ecological system and population.Analysis time and space pattern and spatial evolution process of carbon emissions andcarbon sequestration by GIS.Analysis the relationship between economic growth andcarbon emissions by curve fitting. Using the gray forecast method to construct a GM (1,1) model to forecast Carbon emissions form2011to2016. Finally, based on the resultsof the study, puts forward some relevant policy Suggestions, Hoping to provide somehelp for reducing carbon emissions of WanJiang City Belt, and contributions in responseto global climate change. The main conclusions of this paper:1)In recent ten years(2001-2010),carbon emissions of WanJiang City Belt continueto increase, with an average annual growth rate of11.83%.carbon emissions has been to55.53276million tons in2010,which is2.74times that of2001.The cement carbon emissions with an average annual growth rate of up to14.49%, the energy carbonemissions by second, with an average annual growth rate of14.08%.2)per capita carbon emissions of WanJiang City Belt in2010is2.78times that of2001, the average growth rate of12.03%.In addition to Hefei per capita carbonemissions is small, the rest of the city are generally larger, which per capita carbonemissions of Ma’anshan and Tong ling is greatest. Per unit of output for carbon rowstrength is declining trend, the average was5.68%.difference of per capita carbonemissions and carbon emissions intensity of WanJiang City Belt is on the rise.3) per capita carbon emission and per capita GDP of WanJiang City Belt is invertedU curve, the inflection point occurred at about28000Yuan per person, per capita carbonemissions for the1.93tons; The intensity of carbon emissions and per capita GDP isinverted U curve, the inflection point in per capita GDP0.6million, the carbonemissions intensity is2.29tons/million nearby. But cities per capita carbon emissionand per capita GDP of cities and the intensity of carbon emissions and per capita GDPof cities basic wavy curve in WanJiang City Belt.4)Based on the carbon density and carbon sequestration of vegetation in WanJiangCity, carbon density of vegetation growth trend, reached304.295g/m2in2010,with anaverage annual growth rate of0.76%,fixed carbon content of vegetation by2.2×107tons of2001increased to2.3×107tons of2010,annual average0.79%; the regionalvegetation carbon density in AnQing, Jin Shu, Chaohu, Hefei, Chuzhou was the overallgrowth trend, Chizhou, Tongling, Xuancheng, Wuhu, Ma’anshan decreased; change offixed carbon content of the regional vegetation smooth, Wuhu, Ma’anshan showed adecreasing trend, other areas have become an increasing trend.5) from the space perspective, carbon emissions distribution characteristics of theregional in WanJiang City belt, carbon emissions is always the biggest in Ma’anshan andAnqing. carbon emissions of Hefei and Wuhu and Chaohu are larger, carbon emissionsis the lowest in Jin Shu and Chizhou, its carbon emissions more serious polarization;distribution characteristics of Per capita carbon emissions is generally low, southwestnorth meteorological high northeast low,and also polarization is obvious. The overallcarbon emissions intensity is high in middle, south and north is low, north is threebearing the lowest; vegetation carbon storage and spatial distribution pattern ofvegetation average carbon density is basically the same in WanJiang City Belt, Theoverall presentation of the south of the Yangtze River vegetation carbon storage andvegetation carbon sequestration average density is large, Especially in the south ofAnhui Province with vegetation carbon storage and carbon sequestration vegetationaverage density maximum, vegetation carbon storage and vegetation average carbonsequestration density is small in The Yangtze River north, in addition to the north ofAnqing and east of hefei.6) Net carbon emissions of WanJiang City belt showed a rapid increase trend form2001to2010, Ten years increased by34.32337million tons, annual average growth rateas high as131.88%.by carbon sink into the carbon source, carbon emissions growthproblems too. On the assumption that the "inertia development" under the background, through the grey system forecasting model, and forecast the future six years carbonemissions data, in2016of which carbon emissions will reach105.86129million tonsand net carbon emissions will reach more than8000tons and carbon emissions intensityis46.79%of2005,fell to53.21%.
