| Plant growth regulators had an important role in the regulation of plantgrowth.It could promote germination and florescence,raise fruition rate,improve thefruit quality and production of food crops. It had been widely applied to grain crops,cash crop,garden stuff,lawn,flower plants,and so on.So far,it already had beenobtained objective economic benefit.Because of the short of scientific andtechnological knowledge and abusing plant growth regulators,it had been overproofvestigital in plants and environment,effected fruit quality serioudly,pollutedenvironment.People could also obtain a series of side effects and harm body healthyby eating these fruit.So,it had great significance to detece the residue of plant growthregulators in garden stuff.This study selected watermelon,strawberry,tomato and other fruits as rawmaterials, the sample was separated by apueous two-phase extraction() and dispersivesolid-phase extraction(DSPE),determined by Flow-injection Chemiluminescence,results were as follows:1. α-naphthaleneacetic acid was extracted with ethanol and ammoniumsulfate.Since α-naphthaleneacetic acid could suppressed the reaction between luminoland hydrogen peroxide,it could be detected by flow injection-Chemiluminescencemethod.The linear ranges of this method was1.0×10-9~1.0×10-4mol/L,the correlationcoefficient was0.9976,the detection limit was3.98ng/g, the relative standarddeviation (RSD)was3.2%for11parallel determination, and the recovery was88.9%~92.1%.2. Forchlorfenuron was extracted with acetonitrile and purified with primarysecondary amine. Since forchlorfenuron could enhanced the reaction between luminoland potassium periodate, it could be detected by flow injection-Chemiluminescencemethod. The linear ranges of this method was1.0×10-11~1.0×10-5mol/L,thecorrelation coefficient was0.9993,the detection limit was0.163ng/g, the relativestandard deviation (RSD)was1.5%for11parallel determination, and the recoverywas89.7%~98.9%.To establish a trace analysis method of Flow-injection Chemiluminescencedetermination of α-naphthaleneacetic acid and forchlorfenuron in garden stuff, provide an effective method to ensure the safety of garden stuff and food security. |
