| In this paper, a multi cavity mold structure right earphone shell is designed based on Pro/E. the three-dimensional design of right earphone shell injection mold, including the sprue, injection mold runner, gate and cold cave gating system design, system control structure design, forming part of the exhaust structure design, mechanism design, demoulding mechanism design and temperature. Moreover, with the help of Moldflow analysis, the simulation of injection molding process is carried out to evaluate the rationality of the structure design and to optimize the mold. In this paper, the injection molding of daily life articles right earphone shell as the research object, on the right ear shell injection molding process, mold design and manufacturing technology are studied systematically, and the maximum injection quantity, the injection molding machine injection pressure, clamping force, mold opening stroke is checked. The model grid generation, model material selection, molding process selection, the analysis order, the location of the gate, the airway system, gating system and cooling system are established. The finite element model of right earphone shell injection moldingis established, the injection molding process and the cooling prodess are analyzed, the filling of plastic melt and the rule of flowing are researched, the cooling system of injection mould structure of the right earphone shell is adjusted.The main content of this thesis includes:1Injection molding simulation analysis With the aid of Moldflow software, the best gate position and number was gained, the sizes of gate, runner, and cooling system were designed and reasonably optimized, practical trial and modification of molds were taken on the computer, and mold quality was improved.2. Mold structure design Based on the status parameters (such as pressure, temperature and velocity, etc) from the simulation results, the injection mold structure was designed, including the choice of injection molding machine, pouring mechanism, forming mechanism, a cooling mechanism, ejector structure, and finally the assembly drawing and mold parts diagram, were drawn. |
