The fluoroacrylate protective agent was made by fluorine resin. It could make the stonehave excellent performance of oil-proof, water-proof and contaminated-proof. The protectiveagent could infiltrate into the interior of the stone to protect it with few quantity. It didn’t havea screen on the top of the stone, so that it could keep the breath of the stone and naturalappearance. It would be wildly used in protecting top grade of stone, cultural relic and manyother areas. Many attentions from the world had been paid on this item.The protective agent for stone was successfully prepared with fluorine contained acrylate as the mainly monomer, AIBN as the initiator, s-BAC as the dispersion medium, and itwas characterized by FTIR. The influences of the proportion of the monomers were discussed.The effect of reaction temperature, reaction time and dosage of initiator to the percentconversion was focused. And we have got the scheme to prepare the protective agent. Thestone was characterized by SEM when it was applied with protective agent. The result showedthat the protective agent had excellent properties. The stone was also characterized by digitalcamera, and the difference between fore-and-aft was obvious.The water-base protective agent was prepared with fluorine contained acrylate, crylicaide,acetone as the dispersion medium. The influences of the proportion of the monomerswere discussed. The effect of reaction temperature, reaction time and dosage of initiator to thepercent conversion was focused. And we have got the scheme to prepare the protectiveagent.The water-base resin was more helpful for our environments, and it would become thefocus of the research.The antismog agent was prepared by mercaptopropyl triethoxy silane, ethanol as thedispersion medium. The effect of reaction temperature, reaction time and dosage of initiator tothe percent conversion was focused. The performance of the antismog agent was tested,theresults showed that when the antismog agent dosage is0.5%, the temperature of the reaction was kept at75℃for24hour,the capability of the antismog agent and transparence were both well.
