With the undersea oil and gas field development technology become more sophisticated,the undersea oil and gas resources has become one of the key resources in today’s world. Themain means of transporting the undersea energy is transmitted through an undersea pipeline,however, the special environment which submarine pipeline working in will inevitablyoccurcorrosion damage. The submarine pipeline multifunction maintenance equipment hasimportant implications for the development of seabed resources in China.This article describes the development in the world of of submarine pipelinemaintenance technology, and a clear structure and parameters of the submarine pipelineutility maintenance equipment.Then this article is based on a careful analysis of the underseapipeline multifunction of the maintenance machine operating process and force mechanicsmodel. Finally we transient dynamics analysis to ensure it to work reliablely and feasibilitily.The establishment of submarine pipeline utility maintenance equipment is based onanalysis of the forces in the course of its operation.Holding structure and hydraulic cylindersand has been calculated using the corresponding maximum force and the line mechanicalmodeling and analysis of data for the various operating submarine pipeline utilitymaintenance equipment, including the machinery to the overturning moment, the clampingforce of their own and so on. Then we use the analysis of the data to meet the requirements bythe line of the modeling and simulation of the statics, strength and stiffness when checking themain submarine pipeline by institutions.In addition, our submarine pipeline multifunction maintenance equipment throughout thecourse of action to the transient dynamics analysis to observe the movement of its operationsmore intuitive.
