Throughout the world economic development, it has been formed a shape of the resources, services, information and transportation and other major consumer economy. In which people's consumption of resources is increasing, especially oil, has become the strategic resource of domestic competition and encouragement. Submarine oil reserves, so that people from the land exploitation of oil into the ocean oil exploitation. Therefore, the laying and maintenance of undersea oil and gas pipeline is an important part of the exploitation of crude oil in the seabed. The submarine pipeline is the plugging into the pipeline for a device location of pipeline plugging, to complete the maintenance and inspection of the pipeline.This topic comes from the research project of the marine pipeline maintenance in the 13-1 field of the Zhanjiang branch of CNOOC. The purpose is to reduce the operation, under water cutting, the original pipeline plugging method of difficulty, reduce the submarine operation risk,reduce the workload,and a higher degree of automation of the plugging,crawl type plugging, can solve the common problem of submarine pipeline plugging operation.The development at home and abroad was reviewed in this paper on submarine pipeline plugging crawl type structure and working mode, design method and calculation of the plugging was introduced. Through access to a large number of references and design ideas of foreign plugging to complete the overall design scheme of the device is introduced in this paper.Considering the work environment of submarine pipeline occluder and pipeline in submarine arrangement, determine the occluder embedding method and parameters of design.For occluder into the pipeline, to ensure not to seal leaks under the premise, but also to the entire device were size and structure design, and in order to meet the occluder through curved pipes under the sea, as far as possible to reduce the overall size of the occluder, so also identified occluder minimum bending radius. The structural design and mechanical analysis of the internal expansion embedded sliding block are carried out. The work of the submarine pipeline occluder was analyzed and the buckling, selection of sealing face angle.Plugging in submarine pipeline internal operation including embedded locking action,crawling movement and cornering action,so this paper uses the ADAMS software,the plugging kinematics simulation was carried out in achieving the above action requirements,force, displacement, velocity and acceleration curve, analysis of blocking whether the device can meet the requirements of kinematics for such action,in do not meet the requirements and the size of structure was changed, in order to ensure the pipeline in a good state of motion.
