In order to obtain the reasonable stope structure parameters, and realize to exploit the ore of Cu I safely and efficiently of Huogeqi Copper mine. In this paper, combined the numerical simulation technology with intelligent control technology, calculated the accurate safety factor of designed parameters successfully, then determine the nonlinear relationship between the stope structures and safety factor, make advantage of the global searching ability of genetic algorithm to get the most suitable stope structure parameters, and analyse the reliability of stability from the angle of randomness of rock mechanics parameters.The main contents of this paper include the following:(1) Introduced the mining engineering background systematically, through the engineering geological investigation and indoor rock mechanics test, obtained a few typical rock physical properties in the mining area. And on the basis of improved multi-object osculating value method on several typical rock quality classification, lays a reliable theoretical basis for the follow-up mechanical analysis.(2) In order to solve the threats of stope due to roof breakage during mining, proposes to the ore rock mass stress environment reconstruction, by the anchor grouting can improve the stability of surrounding rock, and on the basis of improving mining method, so as to achieve the purpose of safety mining.(3) Based on the improved mining method, established the mining numerical model according to the orebody depth and ground stress rule, and adopt the pillar strength reduction theory and the principle of dichotomy to acquire the stope safety factor Fs through FLAC3D finite difference calculation when the plastic damage zone of pillars link, and set up the relationship between the stope structure parameters of stope and the stope safety factor Fs. Combined with the actual production situation, determine the target function, using genetic algorithm to search the optimal solution of the objective function and the corresponding parameters of stope structure.(4) For the intelligent optimization of the stope structure parameters, considering the randomness of the mechanical parameters C and φ p of rock mass, carry out the reliability analysis about stability of stope at this structure parameters. Considering several reliability calculation method adapt to the conditions and advantages and disadvantages, decided to adopt the response surface method for reliability calculation. Established the limit state function combined with the specific circumstances, and through two sequential response surface method, interpolation polynomial response surface method and neural network response surface method, three kinds of function response surface fitting method to calculate the stope reliability. The reliability is high, which can ensure the intelligent optimization of the stope stability.
