Abstract:60MN free forging hydraulic press was designed and manufactured in1960s. In order to improve the level of automation, reduce the labor intensity and failure rate. Based on the background of reforming60MN free forging hydraulic press, the main waterway allocation System retrofit scheme is put forward. The main research work is summarized as follows:(1) Based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of60MN free forging hydraulic press, complete main waterway allocation System retrofit scheme is obtained through structure design and optimization and relevant parametric calculation of main distributor valve body, relay, pressure rating agencies and CAM push rod.(2) The opening force has the characteristics of mutations and overloading by the analysis of the variation law of launching valve with different size. An arc CAM contour curve for transient overload conditions is put forward. Comparing isokinetic motion work curve of CAM contour with arc contour curve, the result shows that using the circular arc profile work curve, water valve opening force and driving hydraulic cylinder pressure decrease significantly.(3) A combined simulation model of water main distributing valve driving system is established, the start impact and additional force of valve drive system of linear CAM contour curve and circular arc work curve are analyzed. Results show that the start impact and the additional force of arc CAM is superior to linear CAM.(4) The level of pressure process experiment is done on die forging hydraulic press, the experimental results show that the simulation error is quite small and acceptable, which proves the validity and practicability of the simulation model.
