Safety garment design based on sensing device is a research subject which takes thegarment as research object and combination of sensing devices and garment to achieve safetyperformance as a starting point, and it is a study to make response to the requirements ofenriching the categories and functions of garment and enhancing competitiveness ofgarment market under the trend of the current national efforts to advocate interdisciplinaryresearch and commercial market segmentation. Safety garment is the branch of functionalgarment, and safety garment design based on sensing device is the cross, refinement anddepth of functional garment and smart garment, which requires the integration ofmulti-disciplinary knowledge, including computer technology, ergonomics, humanengineering, hygiene, garment material science and other disciplines.Firstly, the thesis analyzes and summarizes the relevant scientific background andforeign and domestic research on this subject to understand the development of research inthis field, and from which the specific purpose and significance, research content andmethodology, innovation of this research will be expounded; Secondly, this thesis, startingfrom the theoretical research of related disciplines, further elaborates the details of safetygarment design, including its design principles, design process, influencing factors andclassification, etc., and the start point-sensing device of the thesis will also be extended fromthe discussion of classification, according to this research method, this research will achievethe practical wearing ability of safety garment; Thirdly, this thesis will make more in-depthstudy on safety garment design based on sensing device so as to understand its design conceptand summarize design methods and ways of presentation. It, taking cycling garment andchildren’s nocturnal traffic safety warning garment as examples, respectively analyzes theirsafety performance requirements. By safety design of garment itself and combination ofelectronic components and garment design, specifically including sensor control LED,combination of reflector materials and garment, this research has completed two seriesgarment design schemes and achieved their preset effects, and it finally makes performancetest and functional verification. Finally, this thesis elaborates the main study points of thisresearch, and then analyzes the limitations and puts forwards the future developmentsuggestions about this subject from the aspects of theory, technology and design practice.Safety garment design based on sensing device under the theoretical framework of thisresearch ideally achieves the intelligent safety design, style design, color design andtechnological structural design of the combination of garment, sensing device and reflectormaterials. The safety performance of finished safety garment with sensing device not only hasthe general precision of electrical engineering principles but also can meet the requirement ofportability and cheapness in everyday life as well as aesthetic performance of garment design,which accords with body structural performance, thereby ensuring safety performancerequirements of the research object in everyday life. The thesis also discusses such topics asthe enrichment of types of safety garment design and improvement of its safety performanceas well as promotion of the diversified development of garment, which will provide a reference for further study.
