The Quality Evaluation System Research Of Equipment Maintenance Service In A Sewage Treatment Plant

Good equipment maintenance service is an effective way to reduce maintenance costsand improve equipment management level, and is also a key to enhance competitiveness ofthe company. Success of equipment maintenance service is determined by maintenancequality. It is very necessary to establish a comprehensive quality evaluation system, in orderto ensure the reliability of equipment maintenance quality. Thus, it is a scientific method toevaluate equipment maintenance service providers.The main contents of this research are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction, expounding the practical situation and thedevelopment of quality evaluation system in domestic and foreign equipment maintenanceservice, and illustrating the content and method of this research.The second chapter is the proposition of the establishment of the quality evaluationsystem, which combined with the analysis of the practical situation of quality management ofequipment maintenance service in a sewage treatment plant.The third chapter is to establish a quality evaluation system based on AHP, combiningwith the characteristics, contents, principle, fuses the subjects and methods of AHP, Fuzzymathematics, etc, studying and analyzing the various evaluation methods, and then refiningthe various methods, synthesizing the advantages of many evaluation methods, trying to avoidtheir faults. The evaluation system provides the mathematical basis and the way for the furtherresearch.In the forth chapter, based on the practical experience, further analysis of the equipmentmaintenance service in a sewage treatment plant, and the quality evaluation system based onAHP, the research finished the weighting analysis of the various evaluation factors, andfinally obtained the comprehensive evaluation value. The results of the evaluation prove thatthe evaluation is reasonable and scientific. The evaluation result provides some importantreferences and improvement for equipment maintenance service in sewage treatment plant.
