Surface cleaning is required when producing section Aluminum. A store of waste wateroutflows while surface dealing. Waste sludge is produced by adjusting the water. Directlylandfill not only pollutes the environment, but also wastes resources. The thesis analysedelement and morphology of the waste sludge, It mainly includes the elements such as Al, O,Fe, Na, Si, Ca. Particles most exist in the form, including γ-AlOOH crystal like slice orhyacinth bean. The crystal gathers to be bulk, absorbing amorphous solid on the surface.The thesis made a comprehensive analysis of the waste sludge, prepared active aluminaand cement additive using waste sludge from section aluminum. The thesis prepared activealumina using the waste sludge that contains little F. We used nitric acid as agglomerant toenhance intension of the product, did the heat treatment with product at different technicalconditions. On the basis of the orthogonal experiment, we draw a conclusion of the besttechnical condition:500℃,4h,12%,2.4mL/g. At this technical condition, the specificsurface area is208.8538m2/g, the pore volume is0.372092cm3/g. The SEM analysis resultsmanifest: granular and flaky irregular crystal interlaced together. They constitute fluffynetwork structure, form granular micropore of uneven size.The thesis prepared cement additive from calcining waste sludge which contains more F.On the basis of the orthogonal experiment, the optimal technical condition is:calciningtemperature500℃, time1h, ball-milling time30min. There is the maximal specific surfacearea,167.4732m2/g this moment, the average grain size (calculate according to volume) is13.76μm. The conditions of heat treatment could engender major influence to the samples’specific surface area. When the temperature is lower, the thermolysis and recrystallizationhave superiority, specific surface areas increase; when the temperature is higher, the firing hassuperiority, specific surface areas drop prominently. The results of SEM manifest:Al2O3/CaF2samples have wee crystal together of uneven size.
