Design Of Universal Controller Sewage Treatment System Based On ARM

City sewage treatment has been an important theme of environmentalprotection. The capability of sewage treatment not only determines the degreeof wastewater treatment technology, but also measures the environmentalpollution. Therefore, sewage treatment process determines the capacity ofsewage treatment plant. The higher capability of controller, the higherefficiency to real-time processing and the pollute water after the treatment ofsewage can be reused are keys of technology for wastewater treatment.Universal controller for each stage of sewage treatment system putedforward hardware platform based on the ARM and software platform based onembedded system. According to performance requirements of sewage treatmentprocesses, designed of hardware circuit of universal controller to complete thesewage treatment system, and written related hardware drivers. Finally, we usedthe embedded interface editing software and human-computer interaction ingeneral controller. They enhance the ability of sewage treatment system toperform tasks.In this paper, the study in general controller had this turn: we selected thehardware of sewage controller, designed the expansion board in the controlprocess included realized A/D, D/A conversion and switch, slected embeddedsystem development environment based on PC and compilated andtransplantaed U-boot, kernel and file system configuration.etc. At last,compeled the development of man-machine interface application program basedon Qt making the file system work on the handware.In the paper, through analysis of the relevant characteristics of the processof wastewater treatment process, we found the deficiencies in the sewagetreatment process. And then, took the CASS process in the course of the treatment, completed control function for pocess.The universal controller wedesigned could work in the sewage treatment plant.
