Electrochemical immune sensor is an innovative and high technology which permeatedthe chemistry, immunology and physics. It has been widely applied to the reach of food safetyrapid detection, clinical medicine, environmental monitoring, military affairs and other areas.Because of its potential advantages such as miniaturization, low cost, high specific, highsensitivity, simple and direct detection and on-line analysis, immunosensor has become theresearch hotspot. The selection and modification of supporting electrode, antigen-antibodyimmobilization technique are the most important and critical parts of fabrication ofimmunosensor. Also, they are the key technologies in the development of immunosensor.This work focused on the low cost screen printed electrodes (SPEs), the fabrication ofimmunosensor according to their respective features. Aim at the selection of SPEs`substrates,model design, preparation and application in immunosensor, the researches carried out in thiswork would be described as follows:1The fabrication and application of the electrochemical immunoassay on3Dmicrofluidic paper-based device. Chromatographic paper which is a novel substrate for screenprinted electrodes (SPEs) is used to fabricate a high-throughout, simple, sensitiveelectrochemical3D paper-based immunosensor. The immunosensor can be used to detect fourkinds of tumour marks at the same time with8working electrodes.2The design and fabrication of the carbon screen printed electrodes based on vegetableparchment. Vegetable parchment has the character of pure quality, high strength, ametabolic,thermostability, ageing resistance, etc. The screen printed electrodes based on vegetableparchment is disposable, convenient to modified, inexpensive and convenient to large-scaleprinting. With grapheme modified on the electrodes`surface to improve the vegetableparchment SPEs, a disposable electrochemical immunosensor was fabricated based on it forthe detection of prostate specific antigen.3A disposable simultaneous electrochemical sensor array based on molecularlyimprinted film at NH2-graphene modified screen-printed electrode for determination ofpsychotropic drugs. A disposable double working electrodes electrochemical sensor wasfabricated with the screen printed electrodes based on film and molecular imprinted polymers. The conductivity of the electrodes and the stability of the imprinted polymer film wereenhanced by the NH2-GN modification. The method obtained ideal effect using cathinone andmethcathinone as the medal template molecular, thus it provided a promising potential inclinical applications.4A novel high selectivity chemiluminescence sensor for fenvalerate based ondouble-sided hollow molecularly imprinted materials cell. The theory and expenrimental basisof immunosensor was established.
