Diabetes is a chronic metabolic disease that has been troubling the medical community for a long time.At present, the main detection method for diabetes is used a one-time finger sampling test paper, and the long-term,frequent trauma diagnosis will cause serious physical and psychological damage to the patient.Human sweat contains a number of metabolites, electrolytes and small amounts of macromolecular substances. These substances in human sweat contain a wealth of chemical information that provides insight into the body's deeper biomolecular state and the health of the individual.A non-invasive test that reflects blood sugar levels by measuring the amount of glucose in sweat.Screen print-based wearable electrochemical biosensors have attracted extensive attention due to their advantages of simple preparation, low cost and large-scale industrial production. This paper studies the following based on screen printed electrodes:?1?In this chapter, the preparation process of the screen printed electrode is described in detail through the demonstration of the SPE mask, and the preparation process is determined. The electrode reversibility, stability and relative standard deviation of the same batch and between batches were discussed by activating the electrode. The electrochemical performance of the prepared electrode was tested by cyclic voltammetry?CV?.It was found that potassium ferricyanide?K3[Fe?CN6?]?can reversibly redox the surface of the screen printing electrode, the electrode has good electron transfer performance.?2?A flexible,low-cost,simple-modification disposable glucose biosensor consisting of SPE/rGO/AuNPs/GOD-CS/Nf composite working electrode was prepared by screen printing technology. The sensor has good electrochemical performance and has a good linear response?R2=0.998?to glucose in the range of 0.01-1.8 mM in pH=7.4 0.05 mol·L PBS.The response time is about 20 s and the sensitivity is 19.3?A.mmol.L-1.cm-2.The detection limit is 10???S/N=3?.The sensor prepared by this method has good selectivity and sensitivity, which provides a basis for the wearability of screen-printed electrode.?3?In this paper,a glucose electrochemical biosensor with a low cost and simple preparation process of graphene-porous gold-Prussian blue?rGO/Porous Au/PB?composites was prepared on a flexible PET substrate by screen printing.Nanocomposites greatly improve the electrochemical performance of the electrode and detect glucose at low potential under oxygen conditions.Under the optimal test conditions, the sensor has good electrochemical performance and has a good linear response?R2=0.998?to glucose in the range of 0.0025-1.3 mM in pH=7.4 0.05 mol·L PBS.The response time is about 15 s.The sensitivity is 2.5?A.mmol.L-1.cm-2,and the detection limit is 2.5???S/N=3?.And also has a good response to the glucose in the sweat.
