With the rapid development of science and technology, the contradiction between useperformance and machinability of mateirals have become increasingly prominent, especiallymicro-hole machining of difficult-to-cut mateirals likely to occur when the dirll breaks, poorchip evacuation, export burr a seires of questions. But the ultrasonic vibration dirlling haschanged the cutting rfom the mechanism, that is applied to the dirll bit (work) the some regularvibration, so that the drill the formation of the cutting force pulse waveform vibration cutting,cutting according to a certain law change, in order to achieve the purpose of improving thecutting performance. Vibration dirlling is a branch of vibration cutting, it is a new methodbased on the metal cutting theory and control theory, the theoretical and experimental study onthe attention of domestic and foreign experts and scholars.The typical diiffcult materials stainless steel and titanium alloy as the research object, inthe machining of diiffcult-to-cut mateirals processing and axial vibration dirlling drilling basedon basic theory, introduced the test of vibration drilling system, the stainless steel and titaniumalloy are analyzed, rfom the cutting tool mateiral, spindle speed, feed rate, cooling liquidfactors and design of micro-hole dirlling test. Experimental results show that the parameters toselect the best match, can effectively solve the stainless steel (OCr17Ni4Cu4Nb) and titanium(TC4) tiny hole problems, fully embodies the advantages of ultrasonic vibration dirlling,which can not be compared with ordinary cutting process effects, especially precisionmachining difficult materials and deep processing of tiny,the actual production application ofa certain role in promoting and guiding.
