With the continuous development of reservoir, the well completion quality is requiredhigher, and even higher to well completion packer. This due to the high temperature and highpressure wells comprises an increasing proportion. Oil and gas well completion job aregenerally use the permanent packer, which used more pitching to suppress the mode setting.The THT packer is the most widely used in this mode. In this paper, the mechanical behaviorof the various parts of well completion packer is analyzed. The main contents of this paper asfollowings:Firstly, setting position of well completion packer requires more precise, it generallywithin five per thousand and needs to avoid casing coupling. The packer and pipe stringconnected together into the well. With the changes of temperature and pressure, pipe stringaxial deformation will occur. Concerning each action of the deformation, this paper analyzesthe mechanics of all the action, deduces the equation of pipe string axial deformation, and thenmake the packer string into the desired location under actual lengthSecondly, Secondly, well completion packer good sealing performance is a prerequisitefor normal completion and the subsequent mining operations. The sealing rubber tube as acore component of packer, directly affects the sealing property of packer. This paper got thesetting force and maximum working pressure differential of the packer, according to the stressstate and deformation of the sealing rubber cylinder, derived the deformation amount of thesealing rubber in three different deformation process. All this provide the basis for settingoperation.Once again, the packer slip as an important part of packer sealing, the slip to supportingpacker and locking rubber tube. The THT packer uses reversing double monolithic slip. Thepaper carries on the force analysis and strength check of the underground slip, gets theminimum stress of making slips damage. There is some damage for casing after features longperiod. According to the finite element analysis, the contact stress between slips and casing isget. It has instructive function to slip packer improvement and selection.Finally, based on the mechanical property analysis of the high temperature and highpressure well completion packer, this paper Proposed to the high temperature and high pressure well completion packer proposals and the subsequent work to be completed.
