As an important downhole tool for oil field stratification process,packer is widely used in well completion,water injection,fracturing,acidification,sand control,mechanical oil recovery,gas lift and other production technologies.The rationality of rubber barrel structure design and the reliability of sealing performance of packer play a decisive role in the safe and reliable sealing of the whole packer.Existing research aimed at room temperature or under a certain temperature sealing performance of the adhesive,and aging of rubber tube of high temperature is relatively small,therefore,according to the operation condition of the packer rubber tube,and the use of performance requirements,under the high temperature aging sealing performance of the packer rubber tube,and combining the finite element numerical simulation was carried out on the rubber tube sealing performance test,to improve the packer rubber tube sealing performance and service life is of great significance.Paper first through the hydrogenated nitrile rubber material tensile test,get a different hardness,the working temperature and aging time under the elastic modulus of rubber material,based on the test data,the analysis under the condition of different constitutive model parameters of hydrogenated nitrile rubber material C10 and C01,through analyzing test data found hydrogenated nitrile rubber Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model parameters C10 and C01 between ratio and temperature change rule,fitting to get the corresponding formula,to determine the different temperature,time and hardness of the rubber under the condition of Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model parameters of C10 and C01;Taking the rubber barrel of Y341 oil well packer as the research object and establishing its numerical model,the finite element analysis of the structure of the rubber barrel at room temperature under the pressure load of 32MPa was carried out for the single factor,and its optimal selection interval was found respectively.Under the pressure load of 20MPa,the compression distance and contact stress distribution law of the rubber barrel were obtained through the analysis at different ambient temperatures.Completed the glue tube at room temperature,high temperature aging,different annular gap sealing performance test,take five groups fitting of experimental data and simulation results,trends and numerical fitting are above 90%,and hydrogenated nitrile rubber material of the finite element model are validated the effectiveness of the method for determining the performance parameters,the different glue tube is obtained by orthogonal test and the working conditions of the optimal level combination,the biggest factor is setting load,therefore,shall,first of all,should be controlled to the best level;Considering the influence of shear stress and axial compression,the contact stress as the index to determine the plastic tube of the setting load of external factors,such as the finite element simulation for different temperature,the hardness,aging time,setting load and seal pressure differential peak contact stress of packer rubber tube,fitting to establish the forecast model of packer rubber tube life formula,preliminary implementation glue barrel life prediction.The function of the system can be divided into two modules:the direct call life prediction model formula and the call ANSYS finite element analysis module.
