Human survival is under a serious threat due to the Greenhouse Effect. At present, scholars at home and abroad generally believe that CO2is a major greenhouse gas, so the research of CO2emission reduction is particularly important. This topic aims to develop a high selectivity and high reproducibility of carbon dioxide adsorbent to accomplish the purpose of recycle of carbon dioxide. The contents of the job are listed as follows:1. Preparation conditions of the CO2adsorbent which was based on free radical polymerization were screened. Including the selection of reactants and their dosage, the way and time of polymerization had also been chosen. The experimental results show that:the new absorbent have mesoporous structure, improve the dosage of cross-linking agent can make adsorbent structure more stable. Improve dosage of monomers makes the adsorbent contained more N-H functional group, so the selection for CO2adsorption and capture purity were improved effectively.2. To investigate the effect of temperature and the partial pressure of CO2on the absorbability of new type absorbent. The experiment of adsorption on fixed bed showed that:the penetration time would increase with partial pressure of CO2declined, and decreased with the rise of temperature. Dynamic adsorption quantity will reduce with the increase of temperature. Contrast with silica gel and activated carbon, the new adsorbent has better selectivity and larger adsorption capacity in the same condition.3. The study on the regeneration of the new CO2absorbent. From the TG results, we find that the new polymer are good adsorbents with high capacity as well as strong bonding with CO2.Results also show after recycling of the new adsorbent for8times, its CO2adsorption capacity does not decrease significantly. The new adsorbent has effective adsorption performance after heating regeneration for10min under the condition of gas flow rate is about120ml/min and the temperature is120℃.
