With the development of industrial production, the modern automatic control systems being increasingly used. As the production process monitoring and information increased significantly, it requires more advanced control system, in order to complete more complex control functions, and improve production efficiency.This thesis was completed with the background of DCS control project, according to the production control system requirements, design H-acid production process control system based on PCS7.Papers presented the project production process and the control strategy. Combined with the needs of users in production control system functions and the analysis of the project to complete the overall design of the control system. Completed the specific hardware technology solutions, based on the choice of AS station, I/O communication cards, network communication structure, power supply and detection unit presented technical solutions and hardware selection table. Completed the control cabinet layout and schematic design. Based on the DCS system hardware and network configuration completed application hardware configuration and network configuration of the system. Used CFC onfiguration tool to implement all control loops and graphical programming safety interlock system. Used WinCC to complete the PC screen. Use the SFC control method for the project part of the feed system. After the final test of hardware and software integration we completed the entire H-acid production control system. The system is stable and achieved the expected economic benefits.
