As an indispensable metal material and strategic material in modern industry,copper played an important role in our national economy,and the technology of hydrometallurgy has developed rapidly because of its simple process,low energy consumption,and environmental friendliness.In view of the problems of the old generation DCS system,such as weak communication ability and poor overall stability of the system,this thesis studied and applied the latest DCS technology,and the project adopts Siemens SIMATIC PCS7 control system was applied to the automatic control system of the extraction process in the hydrometallurgical copper smelter,gave full play to the characteristics of DCS centralized display and decentralized control,and studied the application of controller redundancy technology and Fieldbus Technology in the process field,reduced the construction cost of the control system and improved the reliability of the system operation.This thesis introduced the extraction process and its process in detail.According to the extraction process,the construction of extraction production system was completed,and the automation control scheme of extraction system was designed and completed by adopted the more advanced series parallel structure.In this process,the factors that affect the extraction rate include the acidity of the feed liquid and the flow rate of the organic phase.Therefore,the control of the above two parameters was particularly important.At the same time,the frequent occurrence of the tank accident was also a key problem that plagues the control process of the extraction process in the wet copper smelter.In view of this,the design of the control system mainly includes:the automatic start and stop of the equipment Design of chemical control and interlock system,monitored of liquid level in each tank and PID control of pipeline flow,complex control of pH value of material liquid.This thesis introduced the general scheme of extraction process control system,included engineer station,operator station,automation station,system network,server system and operator system.According to the given hardware equipment model and system network structure,the hardware configuration and configuration design of as station and OS station were completed,and the layout and distribution diagram of system cabinet were completed according to the actual situation on site.On PCS7 software platform,the program design of liquid level monitored,PID control circuit and equipment interlocked was realized by used CFC program block.At the same time,the program design of system start-up process was completed in SFC programmed interface,and the drawed of graphic interface was completed by used WinCC software.The real-time monitoring and management of extraction process control system of the whole hydrometallurgy copper smelter were carried out.Finally,the software and hardware of the control system were debugged,the system runs stably,the relevant parameters meet the set requirements,and the expected production effect was achieved.
