Gas is an important raw material in the industrial production process.Safe and stable gas production process has always been a topic worthy of research direction.Because gas is a dangerous gas and the production process is complicated.Therefore,designing and researching a control system that can safely and stably produce gas is an important research direction in the field of industrial automation.This paper combines the needs of the Gasworks production line of Vinacomin's Alumina Project and designs the control system,and selection PCS7 distributed control system to achieve gas production.The content of this article is as follows :Firstly,the gas production process and process are decomposed,and the core process based on gas production is the water gas reaction.In order to realize the control of the gas production process,the analysis of the production process and system structure was analyzed.Then elaborate the functions and requirements of the main components of the system and design the control scheme.Determine the number of system I/O points according to the control scheme and corresponding structure.It lays the foundation for system hardware system configuration.Secondly,based on the PCS7 system,the design of the gas production control system was completed.According to the system structure and I/O points,design the ring network structure to complete the configuration and configuration of the AS station,ES station,OS Server,and OS Client.Under the composition of the AS station and substation,complete the AS station hardware configuration.In the light of the system control requirements,complete the automatic programming in the PCS7 system,based on the function of CFC program in PCS7 system,it can realize the collection and display of digital and analog quantities.Implement control programs for motors,motorized valves,and analog PID adjustments.Such as furnace bottom saturated air temperature automatic adjustment process.Finally,the control blocks generated by CFC template,finish drawing the graphical interface in WinCC.The monitoring requirements of the production process parameters and part of the process,the drawing of the monitor screen,In order to achieve real-time monitoring and management of the system is running.At the same time,establish an archive file based on the test data,save relevant parameters of temperature and pressure in production,display temperature and pressure versus time,test system operating conditions.This paper describes the status of development of industrial gas systems,and the technological design conditions of the Vinacomin,analysis of the system architecture,design automation control systems and monitoring procedures.Use PCS7 system to complete the system of control of gas production,improve the research and exploration of gas control system.At the same time according to the project put into operation a year of operation.Explain the complete system design,strong stability and reasonable satisfaction.Fully reflects the reliability of the system applied in the field of gas production control,good compatibility,a significant control effect,degree of automation.
