Coal as an important component of the coal mine, coal mine productionsafety products is the top priority of the coal industry. Positioning system thatused by the majority of mine accuracycurrently is low stability, large basevolume, prone positioning blind; rescue function is imperfect, traditionalcabling is very complicated and high maintenance costs, once the minecollapsed, with causing a bit of damage, it will resulting in paralysis of theentire network situation and would not achieve the slightest effectfor disasterrelief. Therefore, using a stable and reliable wireless transmission mode, buildinga impeccable scientific monitoring system, achieving the system that can stillprovide timely, important information in unexpected incidents is imminentrescue.According to the special geographical basis of the mine workingenvironment, as well as signs of the miners personnel information,This articleaims to let ZigBee wireless communication technology used in mine monitoringapplications, to achieved mine monitoring and disaster relief design.Undernormal circumstances, miners working information and environment wasmonitored in time in this system; ad hoc networks using AODV routing protocolwas adopted to ensure the system that not affected by localized paralysis andprovide timely rescue information when mine disaster occurs. In this paper, using Stm32w108embedded processor of ST as the networkcoordinator, routers, and using TI high performance CC2530chip as terminalnodes, formats highly robust wireless sensor networks. Finally, a rescuenetworkplatform that includes the network coordinator, router and end composition wasbuilt.A relief system was simulatied to test the system as awholethroughcollectedterminalinformation and sensor information. Experimentalresults show that the wireless sensor network is higher than the traditional wiredin equipment stability, robustness, low power consumption, with a very high value. This system with appropriate modifications can be used in other areas, suchas wireless intelligent warehouse management, tunnel wireless monitoringsystems, and hospital intelligent tracking and monitoring systems as well.
