Underground Mine Safety Production directly affects personal safety and economic benefits.With the integration of information technology and underground mine operation management has a positive role in further research and analysis of underground mine positioning system accuracy problem,solving communication stability problems,underground mine monitoring system set up and wireless transmission performance,etc.Design of underground mine monitoring hardware and software system,underground mine wireless sensor network overall structure design study and use of routing algorithm are based on underground mine environment characteristics and background of monitoring requirements.Further,using Matlab Simulation Software to simulate routing algorithm to compare and analyze;complete the hardware and software platform design of underground mine wireless sensor,determine the type of sensor node and device selection,design the functional architecture of the sensor network test platform and implement the construction work,using hardware and software to perform performance debuging,testing the feasibility of platform design and functions validity.Based on the in-depth analysis of the underground mine detection environment,in order to meet the sensor basic function,communication,alarm rescue,etc.,considering the effectiveness and stability of information transmission,the wireless sensor node communication method and networking structure are analyzed using the ZigBee technology to build the wireless sensor network and to achieve the rapid transmission of wireless communication data to meet the actual needs of underground mine information management.Base on the fact that the structures below the underground mine are mostly rectangular or tree-shaped structures,in order to be more suitable for the environment of underground mine,a routing algorithm based on tree topology is proposed,and compared with the classic LEACH algorithm and DEEC calculation to verify the algorithm proposed is suitable and effectiveness.The underground mine wireless sensors network equipment types and functions are choose base on the perspective of environmental protection,economic cost,ZigBee communication protocol and system performance,then build a supporting performance testing platform,implement system software and hardware environment for debugging work,and simulate the system performance.The final test result proves that,by implement communication transmission control,the underground mine monitoring system can basically meet the needs of underground mine environment detection,miner employee positioning,emergency rescue,etc.,and worth to be develop.
