In this dissertation, interaction between carbon black, interaction between carbon black and rubber, interaction between rubber, and the influence of the rubber structure on these interactions were obtained.When the filler loading reached up to40phr, the filler network appeared in the HNBR3406. When the strain reached up to a critical value, the filler network completely destroied. When the strain reached up to30%,35%,45%respectively, the filler network destroied completely filled with40,60,80phr CB. The filler-filler interaction increase with the temperature rising, the higher the temperature, the higher degree of the flocculation.There was an apparent synergism between vulcanization and reinforcement on the improvement of shear modulus of NR compounds and vulcanizates.The re-agglomeration of CB aggregates during vulcanization and the elastic recovery of vulcanizates helped the reformation of broken CB network. which amplified the Payne effect.The analysis on cure torque HNBR with different load of CB showed that there was a good linear relationship between delta torque and carbon black filling load, which indicated than CB had no influence on the chemical crosslinking of HNBR. The compression deformation testing went to the same conclusion.When the filler loading reach up to30phr, the filler network appeared in the HNBR4307. But until the filler loading reach up to40phr, the filler network appeared in the HNBR3406. The higher ACN content made the degree of the filler network enhanced. And the lower the ACN content enhanced the filler-rubber. When the filler loading reach up to40phr, the filler network appeared in the HNBR3406and HNBR3407. The higher mooney viscosity made the interaction of filler-filler and filler-polymer increasing. When the filler loading reach up to40phr, the filler network appeared in the HNBR3406and HNBR3407. The RDB content had no effect on the filler-rubber interaction, but the higher the RDB content accelerate the filler flocculation.
