Main research findings and conclusions are the following:(1) Understanding the major processes affecting radial tire fitting and related factors, determined tread correlation and analysis of fitting the tread rubber compound adhesive and its influencing factors analysis found:the surface of the rubber material, plastic material, quality of the compound effect of faying surface temperature is an important factor.(2) Analysis of tread sticking-critical process conditions pressure and temperature, tread sticking on the basis of this new design of compression fittings, this design can achieve automatic pressing movement operation. The results shows that pressure when fitting size and angle, pressure roller temperature affect to your firm.(3) Pressing devices, dynamic simulation, vertical, horizontal, and simulation analysis of pressing movements. To simulate pressing key actions identified automatic fitting of feasibility and operational feasibility.(4) Automatic laminating process for radial tire pressure roller heating and cooling experiment, time required for analysis of experimental study on warming. Determination of compound Mooney viscosity with temperature changes, understand the impact of temperature on tire tread rubber compound bonded. Determination of rubber curing temperature, determine the appropriate temperature curing temperature interval.Research on radial tires made by automatic laminating operations played an important role.
