In this thesis chloride in situ graft reaction (ISCGC), maleic anhydride (MAH) grafted onto the surface of the PE film synthesized PE macromolecular chain backbone polymer, maleic anhydride surface graft branched graft copolymer, whose name is the polyvinyl chloride graft maleic anhydride (PE-cg-MAH). The reaction simultaneously chlorinated and graft reaction, greatly reducing the reaction time and the reaction process does not require addition of initiator, the decomposition of chlorine to the chlorine radical initiator PE film graft reaction, ultraviolet light to promote the grafting reaction occurred, whereby the anhydride group of the polyethylene surface of the graft polymer. This article using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) to characterize the PE film anhydride groups proved MAH grafted onto the surface of the PE film, as well as chlorinated original the anhydride groups modified bit grafting of PE film feasibility, and speculated that the reaction process. The article also explores the factors affecting synthesis process, such as reaction time, reaction temperature, the amount of monomer is added, the chlorine flow as well as the UV effects.Formaldehyde is an important source of pollution in the adhesive, the paper focuses on the anhydride groups PE film is applied to the adhesive mechanism and influencing factors, prepare a new formaldehyde-free adhesive, the binder principle inquiry investigated factors affecting the process, such as the molding pressure, the molding temperature, molding time.By grafting ratio (GD) and bonding properties to characterize the impact of various factors in variables. Bond performance requirements in accordance with the the class II board of GB/T9846-2004to test. The results show that the maximum grafting rate of0.87%, the bonding properties of the requirements of the class II board,6S modified PE film up to the requirements of the class I board.
